We were on the island of St Kitts recently and picked up a bottle of Mango Rum from Brinley Gold Shipwreck a local distillery.  We had an amazing trip but we'll save that for another post.  One of our favorite lighter rum drinks of the Mojito, I don't like them overly sweet so ordering them out can be difficult because of the simple syrup.  Armed with this bottle of mango rum was the perfect solution. It's October again and I think even more than kids, the adults need a Halloween!  As many of you know for years we have been a fan of handing out candy to trick or treaters as well as a special option for the above 21 crowd.  This is simple and always a favorite....Rummy Worms.  We've done bears in the past but lately we like the worms more, they are a little easier to portion out and seem  more in line with the spooky spirit. Forth of July is just around the corner and and if you're like us there may be a party or two so here is a great party favor to bring.  You can even leave out the liquor and make one for the kids this 4th of July Ingredients: 48 oz mango cranberry juice 3 oz agave sweetener or simple syrup if you need to substitute  8 oz peach schnapps 2 oranges, sliced 1 1/4 cup chopped or chunked pineapple Ice  5 cups White Strawberry Cranberry Juice  1 1/2 cups orange juice  8 oz coconut rum Garnish: Limes, strawberries, sliced pineapples...
