Who We Are

Endless Weekend Apparel, doing business as Don't Monday My Sunday ("we," "us," "our"), is an online apparel brand based in the United States. Our website is www.dontmondaymysunday.com, hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform.

What We Collect

When you visit our site, place an order, or sign up for our newsletter, we may collect:

  • Contact info — name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address
  • Order info — what you purchased, payment method (we never see or store your full card number — that's handled by Shopify Payments), order history
  • Account info — if you create an account, your login credentials and preferences
  • Device and browsing info — IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring site, and general location (city/region level). This is collected automatically through cookies and tracking tools (see "Cookies & Tracking" below).
  • Communications — anything you send us via email or contact forms

How We Use It

We use your information to:

  • Fulfill and ship your orders
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service responses
  • Send marketing emails if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • Understand how people use our site so we can improve it
  • Prevent fraud and keep things running smoothly

We don't sell your personal information. Period.

Who We Share It With

We work with a small number of trusted third parties to run the store:

  • Shopify — our e-commerce platform. They process transactions, host our site, and handle payment data. Shopify's privacy policy
  • Printful — our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. When you order a printed item (most of our tees and hoodies), Printful receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship your order. They act as a data processor on our behalf. Printful's privacy policy
  • Shopify Email — we use Shopify's built-in email marketing tools to send newsletters and promotions. Your email is stored within Shopify's platform.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — we use GA4 to understand site traffic and shopping behavior. GA4 collects anonymized browsing data via cookies. Google's privacy policy
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) — manages how our tracking scripts load. GTM itself doesn't collect personal data but coordinates the tools that do.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — helps us understand ad performance if we run Facebook or Instagram ads. May collect browsing behavior for ad targeting. Meta's privacy policy
  • TikTok Pixel — similar to the Meta Pixel, used for TikTok ad measurement. TikTok's privacy policy
  • Microsoft Clarity — a heatmapping and session replay tool that helps us see how visitors interact with our site (clicks, scrolls, page navigation). Clarity masks sensitive input fields. Microsoft Clarity's privacy policy

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies won't affect your ability to browse or purchase — it just means we'll have less insight into how the site is being used.

Email Marketing

If you sign up for our newsletter (through the footer, a popup, or at checkout), we'll send you occasional emails about new products, promotions, and brand updates via Shopify Email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We use single opt-in, meaning you're subscribed as soon as you enter your email.

We won't spam you. We're a small brand and we respect your inbox.

Data Retention

  • Customer and order data is retained in Shopify for as long as your account exists or as long as we need it for legal, tax, or business purposes (typically 7 years for tax records).
  • Analytics data in GA4 is retained for 14 months (Google's default), then automatically deleted.
  • Clarity session data is retained for up to 30 days.
  • If you'd like us to delete your data, just email us (see below) and we'll take care of it within 30 days.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data:

If you're in California (CCPA/CPRA):

  • You have the right to know what personal information we collect and why
  • You have the right to request deletion of your personal information
  • You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information — though we don't sell your data, some cookie-based tracking (like ad pixels) may qualify as "sharing" under California law
  • You have the right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
  • To make a request, email us at the address below. We'll verify your identity and respond within 45 days.

Children's Privacy

We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to This Policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and post the revised version here. We won't reduce your rights under this policy without giving you a heads-up.
