Tequila Guacamole - TOUCHDOWN

Guacamole is always a good idea, especially when you are watching the game.  Take your touchdown celebration up a notch with tequila guacamole.  Just remember to dip responsibly.

INGREDIENTS:

• 3 ripe avocados
• ¼ cup cilantro
• ½ jalapeño 
• 4 tablespoons red onion
• 1 tomato
• 1 lime, juiced
• Dash of salt
• 2 ounces Milagro Silver Tequila

DIRECTIONS:

Mash ripe avocadoes into a bowl. Dice cilantro, jalapeño (remove seeds to taste), red onion, and tomato. Gently mix into mashed avocado. Finish by stirring in salt, lime juice and tequila. Pair with your favorite tortilla chips and get to dipping.
