Elderflower Wine Cocktail
Easy to make and refreshing wine cocktail using elderflower liqueur is perfect for easter or a Sunday afternoon This light white wine sangrias cocktail gets a subtle sweetness from elderflower liqueur. It's easy to mix up the base ahead of time and quickly serve as guests arrive.
1 bottle Fumé Blanc (such as Robert Mondavi)
4 oz. elderflower liqueur (like St. Germain)
4 oz. vodka
sprigs of fresh mint
- In a large pitcher, combine first 3 ingredients and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. To serve, muddle a few mint leaves in each glass. Add ice, fill two-thirds with wine mixture, and top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprigs.
