Beer Yoga....YES, this is for real! Yoga has been around for a while and there are many types but this is by far the best one that I've come across. Beer Yoga combines all the health benefits of yoga with all the awesomeness of beer. Some of these unique yoga classes involve drinking beer during the yoga class and some are just held in breweries and the beer is enjoyed after the class.
